On 12 February 2014, Tower Records opened its first bar-and-grill casual dining concept: TOWER DINING Ebisu, about a five-minute walk from Ebisu Station West Exit at Ebisu-Minami 1-17-17 (Time Zone Terrace Bldg, 1–2F).
The channel framed the rooms as West Coast–inspired adult space: a 1F bar with a big counter and group tables, a 2F open-kitchen dining floor, and terrace seats on both levels. The menu mixed small plates from about ¥300, mains from about ¥500, signature spare ribs, and TD Buffalo Chicken Wings, with craft beer BEAT, California wine, and cocktails over staff-picked music. Hours listed: 11:30–24:00 (lunch / tea / dinner blocks), year-round.
Ebisu dining still sits one stop from scramble density on the Shibuya Crossing live camera. Plan food nights with cheap eats in Tokyo.
