2. What the service is

SIBCH.TV is an independent editorial directory of publicly available live camera streams, primarily in Japan, plus original location guides and travel notes. We curate embeds and write accompanying text. We do not operate the underlying video platforms and we do not sell tickets, lodging, or tours through this site.

3. Third-party streams and embeds

Live video on camera pages is embedded from third-party publishers (for example public YouTube or similar sources). Those publishers own and control the stream. Availability, quality, chat, ads, and uptime depend on them. SIBCH.TV may remove, replace, or annotate a stream when it goes offline, changes, or no longer fits our editorial standards.

Do not scrape, mirror, re-embed, or republish our pages or third-party streams in a way that misrepresents ownership, floods the source, or violates the publisher’s terms.

4. Our content

Original writing, design, maps presentation, and site code on SIBCH.TV are protected as described on ourCopyright page. You may link to our pages and quote short excerpts with attribution for personal or editorial use. You may not copy full guides, bulk-reproduce the catalog, or present our work as your own.

5. Acceptable use

• Use the site for lawful personal viewing and trip planning.
• Do not attempt to disrupt the site, scrape aggressively, or overload third-party stream endpoints via our pages.
• Do not use SIBCH.TV branding to imply partnership without written permission.

The site is provided “as is.” We do not warrant uninterrupted access, perfect accuracy of every location note, or continuous availability of any embedded stream. Live cameras can be offline, delayed, weather-limited, or redirected by their publishers without notice.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SIBCH.TV and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the site, reliance on guides, or third-party stream behavior — including missed trains, poor weather days, or booking decisions made after reading our notes.
