1. Our original work

Unless otherwise noted, original text, page design, illustrations we commission or create for branding (including Sibi artwork where we hold rights), and the site’s code and layout are protected by copyright and belong to the operators of SIBCH.TV. You may link to our pages. You may quote short passages with clear attribution for personal, educational, or editorial commentary. You may not copy full camera guides, blog articles, or the catalog wholesale.

2. Live streams and third-party media

Embedded live video, channel branding, and many thumbnails belong to their respective publishers and platforms. SIBCH.TV embeds publicly available streams for discovery and context; we do not claim ownership of those videos. Publisher terms, community guidelines, and platform rules still apply.

If a stream owner wants a listing removed or corrected, email us. We take good-faith requests seriously and will review quickly.

3. Maps, trademarks, and place names

Place names, transit brands, and landmark names are used for geographic identification. Trademarks remain with their owners. Map tiles or map libraries, if used, remain subject to their own licenses shown in the product or attribution line where required.

4. User submissions

If you email suggestions, corrections, or photos, you grant us permission to use that material to improve the site unless you say otherwise. Do not send material you do not have rights to share.

5. Reporting infringement

To report copyright infringement related to SIBCH.TV content or an embed we surface, send a notice to[email protected] with:

  • Your name and contact email
  • A description of the work you claim is infringed
  • The exact URL(s) on sibch.tv where the material appears
  • A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized
  • A statement that the information in the notice is accurate
  • Your signature (typed name is fine for email)

Incomplete notices slow everyone down. For third-party stream issues, include the publisher channel URL when you have it — we may need to remove an embed rather than host anything ourselves (we do not host the video files).

6. Counter-notice and mistakes

If we remove or alter a page based on a notice and you believe that was a mistake, write to the same address with the URL and your explanation. We will review in good faith.
