On Friday 27 September 2013, Osaka variety store ASOKO(アソコ) opened its Tokyo flagship at Jingumae 6-27-8 on Meiji-dori — months after the March Minami-Horie debut that queued from day one.

Concept: サプライズをたのしもう. About 1,000 globally sourced items on white gallery floors across two levels (~100 tsubo). Price band ran from ¥21 fruit/hamburger erasers up into the ¥20,000s. Preview picks included hamburger memo pads (¥105/¥210), animal hooks (¥315), puzzle coasters (¥105/6), and pen-in-cap tricks (¥31).

Hours: 11:00–20:00. Phone: 03-6427-9965. Operator Yushin Creation talked a 50-shop domestic plan; Flying Tiger’s Omotesando arrival the next week framed the same petty-goods war.

Meiji-dori still feeds scramble footfall on the Shibuya Crossing live camera. Impulse merch sits in average trip to Japan cost.
